Are you a hands-on digital marketer passionate about executing impactful campaigns that drive awareness and generate quality leads? We’re looking for a **Growth Marketing Specialist** to join our international marketing team, activities focused on European markets.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing our strategy to life—working closely with both marketing and business teams to engage senior decision-makers across industries.

**Your Audience**

You’ll help us reach:

- **CXOs at large enterprises** across Europe
- **Sales,**marketing and business development professionals from technology companies of all sizes

**What You’ll Do**
- Execute campaigns across **paid and organic channels**, especially **LinkedIn**, Google and **Meta (Facebook/Instagram)**
- Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to align goals and content
- Support content creation with basic **design tasks** (experience with design tools is a bonus)
- Track and optimize campaign performance based on clear KPIs

**You’ll Succeed in This Role If You...**
- Have **1-3 years of hands-on experience** in growth or performance marketing
- Know how to **work independently on campaign execution** while collaborating in a team
- Understand how to tailor messaging for **senior B2B audiences**
- Are data-driven and results-oriented, with **strong attention to detail**
- Can handle multiple projects in a fast-moving, international environment

- Consistent delivery of **well-targeted, high-performing**marketing activities
- Effective collaboration with stakeholders across marketing and commercial teams
- Demonstrated ability to **generate**and **nurture** high-quality leads for sales
- Clear, timely reporting and insight sharing from campaigns
