We are expanding our influencer marketing capabilities and seeking a passionate Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead creative campaigns that connect our brand with the right audiences.

This is a hands-on and strategic role that sits at the intersection of creativity, data, and partnerships, transforming ideas into measurable results while building meaningful engagement across diverse markets.


Key Responsibilities

Influencer Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Identify, segment, and manage influencers (macro, micro, nano) across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and execute targeted influencer strategies to enhance brand visibility, audience growth, and engagement.
  • Prepare detailed campaign briefs, define content guidelines, and oversee deliverables to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Negotiate and manage collaboration agreements, product seeding initiatives, and end-to-end campaign workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with branding, creative, and media teams to amplify influencer content across multiple channels.
  • Partner with performance marketing teams to ensure influencer campaigns align with business goals and conversion targets.

Performance & Optimization

  • Maintain an organized content calendar and performance tracking dashboard.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) to generate actionable insights.
  • Reallocate budgets to top-performing creators to maximize impact.
  • Stay current with influencer trends, algorithm updates, and competitive strategies.

What We're Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience in influencer or KOL marketing, ideally within fintech, digital services, or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the evolving influencer ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven project management abilities—organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience using influencer management tools or handling cross-market campaigns.
