Influencer Marketing

Responsibility
1. Conduct comprehensive research to identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Influencers within the assigned country (Philippines and Thailand), aligning with predefined targets and criteria.
Continuously monitor Cost Per Engagement (CPE) and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics in line with established targets, analyzing data to optimize performance.
Stay abreast of daily trends and emerging themes in relevant industries and social media landscapes, utilizing these insights to inform KOL and Influencer selection strategies.
Conduct in-depth platform analysis to understand the nuances and potential for KOL and Influencer development across various social media platforms.
Maintain a proactive approach in monitoring TikTok trends and activities specific to the assigned country, identifying potential opportunities and threats for engagement and collaboration.
Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective functionalities, particularly TikTok.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Fluency in English.

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
