**Job Description**:

- Responsibilities:

- Food preparation follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.
- Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Monitor ingredients & materials inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as boilers, ovens, grills and fryers.

Requirements:

- SPM, related hospitality diploma or equivalent is preferred but not necessary.
- Preferred at least 2 years relevant experience.
- Fresh graduates or school leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skill.
- Good attitude & excellent customer service.
