**Position Overview**:
The Trucking Operation Assistant supports trucking and logistics operations by coordinating shipments, managing schedules, handling documentation, and ensuring efficient workflows while collaborating with drivers, dispatchers, and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Operational Coordination:

- Assist in scheduling and dispatching trucks for deliveries and pickups.
- Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and address any delays promptly.

2. Communication and Customer Service:

- Act as a point of contact between customers, drivers, and operations teams.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to shipments.
- Ensure that drivers have all necessary information for their routes and deliveries.

3. Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure that all trucking operations comply with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate safety training sessions for drivers and monitor adherence to safety policies.
- Report and document incidents such as accidents or cargo damage.

4. Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain a database of drivers, vehicles, and shipments.
- Assist in planning routes and optimizing delivery schedules to reduce costs.
- Generate reports on trucking performance, fuel consumption, and costs.

5. Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Diploma or degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or trucking operations is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, logistics management software, and GPS navigation tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealing with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected issues and find practical solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with drivers, customers, and other departments.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based with occasional site visits (e.g., warehouses or delivery points).
- Flexible working hours, including weekends or holidays, based on operational needs.
- Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and adaptability.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
