As part of our expansion in the renewable energy sector, we are looking for an Operation and Maintenance (“O&M”) Technician who is passionate about renewable energy technology, can collaborate and communicate well, and is driven to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry.

**Job Scope**
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on the solar assets to minimise down time and achieve electricity generation targets
- Attend to breakdowns related to the solar assets, including carrying out diagnosis and corrective actions
- Work with other members of the O&M team to continuously improve plant performance, minimise plant downtime and optimise maintenance cost
- Maintain proper documentation for all preventative maintenance and any other repair works
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operating reports which include information such as electricity production, plant efficiency, plant availability, maintenance performed, details of any breakdown, etc.
- Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools at assigned solar plant site
- Supervise and monitor any works done by external contractors
- Conduct other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in a relevant field is preferred. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in relation to electrical systems
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbally and written)
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Familiarity with Electricity Supply Act 1990 is an added advantage
- Computer proficiency and ability to use Microsoft Office software
- Willing to work on call, and on weekends and public holidays if required.
- Possess valid driving license and able to be base in the KLIA area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
