Monitor and supervise daily construction activities carried out by main contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure all works are performed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and local authority regulations.
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve on-site issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and progress requirements.
- Track and report on work progress, site conditions, manpower, materials, and potential delays.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Assist in reviewing technical submissions such as method statements, shop drawings, and materials.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, photos, and inspection forms.
- Attend site coordination and progress meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding matters.
- Report any non-conformances and ensure timely corrective actions by the main contractor.
- Monitor, coordinate, and follow up with the main contractor during the Defects Liability Period (DLP) to ensure prompt rectification of reported defects.
- Conduct joint inspections with purchasers, consultants, and contractors to verify and close out defect items.
- Manage and document the defect reporting and rectification process throughout the DLP.
- Assist in key handover process to purchasers after CCC is obtained, including unit inspections, verification of readiness, and coordination of handover appointments.
- Ensure all units are in acceptable condition (cleaned, defect-free, and complete with fittings) before key handover.
- Prepare and manage key handover records, acknowledgement forms, and related documentation.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
