We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented travel consultant to advise on vacation itineraries. The travel consultant should communicate with clients to determine their needs, and then recommend the most suitable tour package options with the given time and budget constraints. You should also inform clients of cancellation procedures and any applicable penalties. To ensure success as a travel consultant, you should have excellent sales and customer service skills and be able to make effective recommendations based on the client's needs. An outstanding travel consultant will monitor and tend to all queries within short turnaround times.

Job Responsibilities:

- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Updating and recording all client information on the database.
- Processing quotation, bookings, invoice & receipt & special request.
- Understanding our packages thoroughly to answer customer needs.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer issues with patience Informing clients about the cancellation policy, including salient dates and all penalties.
- Collect payments, record financial transactions and process refunds.\
- Making recommendations regarding sim cards, travel insurance, travel safety, visas, and immunizations.
- Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Meet sales targets and profit goals.
- Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
