**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, edit, and proofread comprehensive medical reports based on consultations and medical records.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with medical terminology and standards.
- Collaborate closely with the specialist doctor to capture critical information and insights.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with subordinates and other team members to streamline workflow.
- Take instructions precisely and execute tasks efficiently.
- Continuously update and enhance knowledge of medical writing and reporting practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Good command in English.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Experience in medical report writing, healthcare, or a related field will be an added advantage.
