**Here are the responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and informative 1-on-1 training sessions, to educate clients on leveraging social media platforms for advertising and content promotion.
- Prior experience in creating compelling content tailored to different social media platforms and target audiences.
- Develop comprehensive training materials covering social media advertising and content promotion strategies with other trainers.
- Conduct live sessions (in-person or online) and provide hands-on training using real-world examples and tools.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and features across major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Foster creativity and innovation among trainers by brainstorming ideas for effective content themes, and messaging strategies.

**Desired skill and requirements**:

- Minimum of at least **2-3 years of** **experience** in Social Media & Content Advertising and Training field.
- **Important** - Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of various social media content strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and professional manners.
- Experience developing training materials and delivering educational sessions to diverse audiences.
- Certification or proficiency in popular advertising platforms is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in social media advertising.
- The capability to work with a team.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
