**Requirements**
- **Important**:

- Experience in managing Facebook Ads & other social media platforms.
- At least **3-5year of experience** in the marketing and training field.
- Able to analyze and generate own ideas.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Responsibilities**
- Prior experience with social media content planning (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and others).
- Become a **Trainer** in social media content to guide and support clients of Hasbul Brothers.
- To evaluate a client's social media performance and provide suggestions for improvement.
- To support marketing activity through live sessions with Hasbul Brother’s social media followers or an internal program conducts.
- To respond to inquiries in a timely manner and maintain a very good and warm relationship with Hasbul Brothers clients.
- To understand and have an interest in the fundamentals of business knowledge.
