The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing technology-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The TPM will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure that project goals align with the overall business strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning**: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- **Resource Management**: Identify and allocate necessary resources, ensuring team members are effectively utilized.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders; provide regular updates and project status reports.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with technical teams to define project requirements, specifications, and deliverables.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor project budgets and ensure that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and technical specifications.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
- **Documentation**: Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and technical specifications.
- **Post-Project Evaluation**: Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a technical or IT environment.
- **Certifications**: PMP (Project Management Professional) or a similar project management certification is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with cloud technologies and development practices.
- Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
