Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to Digital Signage, CCTV Installation, Construction etc.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT department, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the procurement and management of project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
  • Implement best practices for project management and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and technical specifications.
  • Handle vendor and subcontractor relationships: Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring that agreements are met and that they deliver quality work on time.
  • Weekly Reporting: Report project progress weekly to the Senior Manager / Managing Director to keep the management informed of the latest progress of all projects in hand.

Pre-requisites:

Education: Diploma / Degree in Engineering/ Project Management , or a related field.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Proven experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically in handling installation & system.

  • Technical expertise: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and manage complex systems and smart project implementations.

  • Project management skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools

  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Leadership skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.

  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

  • Organizational skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of project management.

  • Vendor management: Proven experience in handling vendors and subcontractors, with a strong network of reliable partners and preferably existing contacts within the industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
