Involved in end-to-end Large Scale Solar (LSS) Project Management:

Project Management and Planning

  • Develop the detail project planning which include timeline, budget and resources (manpower)
  • Manage and complete the project within timeline, budget and in good quality
  • Identifying, mitigating and solving all the potential project risks.
  • Provide a clear direction to the team to ensure the projects are in good progress

Stakeholder Management and Liaison

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (Design, Procurement, Consultant, Owner Engineer, Client and Local Authorities)
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among all the stakeholders
  • Create and manage the regular project update and progress
  • Manage contractors to make sure the project can be delivered on time and in good quality.
  • Manage OE/Client to make sure OE/Client able to understand the whole project's progress throughout the project.

Quality Control and Assurance

  • Ensure high quality workmanship and compliance with project requirements
  • Create inspection test plan to ensure the team able to deliver a high-quality workmanship project
  • Conduct regular site meeting and monitoring the site progress.

Safety & Health and Environment

  • Ensure and enforce safety and health precaution at site
  • Ensure zero accident or incident happen at site during the whole construction
  • Complying to local safety and health requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power)/Professional Engineering in Electrical (Power)
  • At least 5 years in Electrical Industry which involve in 33kV & 132kV Substation work, Design and Build 132kV substation
  • Experience in design, build and deliver solar farm above 10MWac (above 30MWac and inject to 132kV Substation) will be added advantage
  • Possess strong communication skill, Leadership skill & Problem-Solving skills
  • Independent & good at Project Management skill
  • Proficiency in Project Management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera
  • Good at Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel and Power Pi
  • Well versed in Autocad will be a plus point
  • Possess own transport & willing to travel
