Iqc Supervisor

JOB Description: - Supervise IQC operation for own shift as shift leader Drive WIP reduction, MRB < 30 TAT and zero quality escapee Ensure the assigned GR to be completed by each shift Facilitate IQC priority list for urgent lots Responsible daily update for "Inspection Summary File" Trigger Failure Detection to Superior Without Delay Prepare reject report for own shift Responsible to conduct "LTS" for equipment at IQC Ensure shift members conduct incoming inspection as per SOP Regular support for 6S activity in IQC Ensure members enough skill to conduct task and well training with no overdue e-learning in workday Responsible to Release Memo accordingly to update status of incoming inspection Ensure comply to ESD requirements Ensure SF learning to be completed before due date. Support Technician when needed for first article inspection(FAI). Learnt on SAP QM Setup and e-COA setup as support when needed.
