Product Improvement Executive

Responsibilities:

- Working to deliver the Technology Strategy for the FS business.
- Identifying recipe improvement for existing products, focused on improving process capability for problem grades through data analysis.
- Support product transfer activities between production units (including scale up/introduction of new products)
- Support in managing Product Lifecycle Management system.
- Support to plant troubleshooting, particularly around product quality and cycle time issues
- Working on a given Functional Solution (FS) plant in the Asia region
- Running small, agreed product improvement projects/topics to ensure timely delivery to the required quality including communicating with all stakeholders.
- Working to agreed priorities for the OIT group and ensuring timely execution of work tasks and projects.
- Managing the trial program for alternative raw material approvals in conjunction with procurement
- To perform additional task as required by supervisor.
- To ensure all activities are executed within relevant internal and external SHE regulation.

Minimum Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Sciences or Chemical Engineering
- 2-3 years Production Support or Product Improvement Experience
- Able to work at Kulai, Johor
