**Job responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production workers.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency.
- Train and guide production workers on procedures, equipment uses, and safety protocols.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing safety rules and good housekeeping practices.
- Work closely with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Maintain production records and report performance metrics to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, lean manufacturing, and cost-saving measures.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and workplace safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with production management software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Experience in food packaging or plastic manufacturing will be preferred.
- Knowledge of plastic materials (PET, PP, OPS) and auxiliary materials in extrusion/ thermoforming processes will be added advantage.

**Working Conditions**:

- Factory or production floor environment.
- May require shift work, including weekends or night shifts.
- 6 days working day
- Monday to Friday

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
