As a Hilton Graduate Trainee, you will learn from a management perspective all aspects of general hotel operations and skills needed to assume a management position.

**What will I be doing?**

A Hilton Graduate Trainee with Hilton is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. A Hilton Graduate Trainee will be part of a 12-month program where the Trainee will explore and choose to specialise in two operational departments, namely 'Front Office', 'Housekeeping', and ‘Food and Beverage' for focused training.

**What are we looking for?**

A Hilton Graduate Trainee serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- University graduate who has completed his/her studies within the last 12-months
- Must have completed at least one internship duration of no lesser than 4-months.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen or have Malaysian permanent residency status.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and an additional language.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Secretarial skills, i.e. typing, filing systems, office workflow, etc.
- Independent correspondence skills.
- Strong communication and human-relation skills.
- Good organizing and time management skills.
- Good judgement with strong initiative.
- An independent worker who is also a team player.
