**Role Overview**

The **Graduate Trainee Program** is designed for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in communication, sales, team management, and leadership. Trainees will be exposed to on-ground marketing activities, client campaigns, and team operations while being guided through a structured development pathway.

This program is ideal for individuals who enjoy dynamic environments, are eager to learn, and want a fast-tracked career.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in face-to-face marketing campaigns at events, roadshows, and corporate locations.
- Represent clients professionally and deliver clear product or program information.
- Build customer engagement and support brand awareness initiatives.
- Work closely with team leads to support daily operations and event execution.
- Track performance results and participate in training sessions to improve skills.
- Assist in planning, organising, and executing marketing activities.
- Progress through structured phases leading toward leadership opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Fresh graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to step out of comfort zones.
- Team player with strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset.
- Must be willing to work at various event locations

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
