Ticketing Officer

**Job Overview**

As a **Ticketing Officer** at Widad Tours, you will be responsible for managing and processing flight and travel ticket bookings for our clients. You will ensure seamless reservations, provide expert advice on travel options, and handle any modifications or cancellations as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle flight, train, and other travel ticket bookings using GDS/booking systems
- Provide clients with accurate pricing, schedules, and travel options
- Process reservations, cancellations, reissues, and refunds
- Ensure all ticketing transactions comply with airline and travel regulations
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries and itinerary planning
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for special requests and group bookings

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ticketing and reservations (preferred)
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in booking processes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent bookings
- Passion for travel and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
