We are seeking a skilled and creative **Baker** to join our team and contribute to our menu with freshly baked goods that complement our modern European offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, bake, and present a variety of high-quality baked goods, including artisan bread, viennoiseries, pastries, and plated desserts, reflecting the essence of modern European cuisine.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design and develop new recipes that align with the restaurant’s modern European theme.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all baked products.
- Manage daily baking operations, including inventory control, ordering ingredients, and minimizing waste.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Stay updated with baking trends and techniques to bring innovation to the menu.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a baker, pastry chef, or similar role.
- Expertise in artisan bread-making, pastries, and dessert creation.
- Creativity and passion for experimenting with flavors, textures, and presentation.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
