We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Bartender** to join the team at **AURORA BISTRO**. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing a range of creative and classic cocktails according to customer preferences and our quality standards, providing guests with an exceptional beverage experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Be knowledgeable about and recommend signature drinks from our menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring safety during drink preparation
- Manage and replenish bar inventory to ensure a steady supply of beverages and ingredients
- Interact professionally with customers, providing drink recommendations and excellent service
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a bartender, with knowledge of cocktail preparation and other beverage types
- Good understanding of different types of spirits, beer, wine, and general drink knowledge
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a passion for engaging with guests
- High sense of responsibility and attention to detail, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
