Prepare purchase orders
- Gather information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services.
- Maintaining inventory and purchase records throughout the procurement process
- To monitor and control the purchasing and delivery schedule
- To get quotation, issuing PO, follow up deliveries, filing and data entry for all the purchasing documentations
**Job Requirements**:
- Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiar with Microsoft Office which is Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- With minimum 2 years’ working experience in related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including superior written and spoken communication.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
