[RN] Our client is one of the largest integrated Polyester and Textile Companies in Msia.

Responsible for developing and implementing safety & health plans, enforcing policies, assessing risk and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines. He has to conduct training, monitor compliance, investigate incidents and provide recommendations for improvement, aiming to create a safe and compliant workplace environment. Attend social audit and liaise with authorities department.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Developing and executing safety and health plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.

2. Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of safety and health.

3. Evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.

4. Advisor to the employer and person in charge on the measures to be taken in the interests of the safety & health.

5. Impart training to safety & health committee members to increase their knowledge in industrial safety & health management.

6. Identify training need to all plants for occupational safety & health exposure.

7. Assist the employer or the safety & health committee in organizing and implementing occupational safety & health programme at place of work.

8. Investigate any accident happened in the place of work.

9. Inspect the workplace to determine any machinery, plant, equipment, substance, appliance or process or any description of manual labour used in the place of work to cause body injury to any person working in the place of work.

10. Conduct safety & health audit which included unsafe act and unsafe condition at place of work.

11. Attending internal and external training to gain knowledge and update with new information related to Occupational Safety & Health Act and Regulations.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as Safety & Health Assistant Manager.

2. Experience and good understanding of legal safety & health guidelines.

3. Ability to prepare reports and developing relevant policies.

4. Excellent data analysis and risk assessment skills.

5. Excellent organizational, motivational, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

**6. Diploma/ Degree in Occupational Safety & Health Management**

**7. Valid qualification with green book holder.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
