Corplabs is seeking several remote Java Backend Developer.

**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years experience as a problem solver
- 2+ years of working experience in related fields.
- Attention to detail and good communication skills
- Deep understanding of technology
- Flexible and focused on solutions
- Organized and self-sufficient
- Proven hands-on Software Development experience.
- Proven working experience in Java development.
- Profound insight of Java and JEE internals.
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
- Experience with test-driven development.
- Software Development and Programming skills
- Experience with Jakarta EE and developing microservices
- Familiarity with Design Patterns
- Experience with Java Enterprise Development (J2EE/JEE) and Java Virtual Machine (JVM)
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate, or other related frameworks
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience leading a team is a plus
- Able to work within the GMT+8 time zone

**Good to Have**
- Experience with unit testing and TDD- based (Test-Driven Development) development.
- Good understanding of DevOps (git) to build, deploy and maintain code integrity.
- Familiar with Agile Methodology.
