We are looking for a Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Java applications. In this role, you will work on building reliable backend systems, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in maintaining code quality and architecture standards. If you have strong expertise in Java, Spring frameworks, and backend development best practices, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Translate business requirements and use cases into scalable and efficient backend applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, reusable, and high-performance Java code.
  • Review, test, and verify code to ensure compliance with quality, security, and performance standards.
  • Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and reliability.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and system issues.
  • Maintain clean, well-structured code and contribute to best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers as needed.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Java backend development, covering the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong expertise in Core Java, server-side Java technologies, and Spring frameworks.
  • Experience in software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.
  • Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, multi-threading, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and MyBatis.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, as you will collaborate with Chinese vendors.
  • The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.
