Carry out daily visitation to all inpatients in the Ward.
- Support facilitation of all VIPs, Corporate customers and special visitors including the discharge process.
- Alert Nurse Manager, Housekeeping staff, Facilities staff, or CS Officer / Executive on patients requiring assistance in the wards or if any grievance is noted and to close by the end of the day.
- Liaise with Nurse Manager / Team Leader to facilitate daily pre-discharges.
- Liaise with Nurses and Ward Clerks for information on patients discharge status. Expedite discharge process including offering of Grab services / other hospital initiatives.
- Liaise with Nursing staff to ensure patients are given the following before leaving the ward.
- Documentation, e.g. Discharge Summary, Medical Certificate, Lab Test Reports. Appointment card. drips attached have been remove before leaving the ward.
- Solicit inpatients for feedback on their stay in our hospital. Encourage them to fill in our Inpatient Feedback Form.
- Check if patients require assistance with luggage or wheelchair, arrange accordingly if required.
- Liaise with Housekeeping on beds and rooms that require cleaning after patient has left. Keep the wards and bed management team informed once these beds and rooms are ready to receive the next admission.
- Participate in and contribute towards quality improvement initiatives / programs / activities conducted at the department or hospital level as assigned.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
