Job Title: Chef de Partie
Location: Japamala Resort, Tioman Island

Start Date: Immediate / negotiable
**Job Description**:
- Take charge of a specific section in the kitchen.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipe standards.
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety at all times.
- Work closely with the Senior CDP and Sous Chef
- Maintain proper storage and rotation of food items.
- Monitor portion sizes and reduce food waste.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in basic kitchen operations and cooking methods.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to follow instructions and maintain consistency.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Energetic, reliable, and committed to quality.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
