**To qualify you will need to meet the following criteria**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience working with children aged 18 months to 10 years, including those with developmental delays, sensory challenges and behavioral challenges.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) is essential.
- Ability to drive and willingness to travel between clinics in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen or hold a valid working visa.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Evaluate and assess children’s physical, cognitive, and sensory skills to develop individualized therapy plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance children's daily living skills, sensory processing, motor skills, and behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and achieve therapy goals.
- Provide guidance and support to families on how to reinforce therapy goals and activities at home.
- Monitor and document the progress of each child, making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary care plans.
- Stay current with best practices and developments in pediatric occupational therapy.
