Account Assistant

To handle data entry, documentation, printing & filling duties updated timely and accurately
- Understand the nature of business and its accounting and operation tasks
- Processing business expenses
- Creating accounts payable and receivable documents
- Handling correspondence with clients and vendors for transaction details
- Cooperate and liaise with other different departments when required
- Matching invoice to payment, preparing payment instruments, and obtaining all necessary approval
- Verifying claims
- To handle any other human resource, administration, and account purposes duties assigned by the superior
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
