**Job Overview**:
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring brand visibility and product presentation across retail locations. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining high merchandising standards, supporting promotional campaigns, and optimizing store execution to enhance customer experience and sales conversion. You will collaborate with internal teams, store personnel, and vendors to ensure a seamless rollout of merchandising strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement in-store merchandising plans, ensuring proper product placement and visual appeal.
- Maintain brand guidelines and planogram compliance across retail locations.
- Conduct store visits to monitor merchandising execution and report insights on stock positioning, campaign effectiveness, and retail trends.
- Perform market checks and competitor analysis to refine merchandising strategies.
- Support promotional rollouts by ensuring accurate branding, POSM deployment, and campaign materials setup.
- Assist with new product launches, ensuring merchandising readiness at all touchpoints.
- Coordinate with store managers, sales team, and vendors to optimize merchandising execution.
- Provide feedback and support to the Merchandiser Lead, contributing to process improvements.

- Proactive and adaptable in managing in-store setups, stock arrangements, and campaign rollouts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and retail partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet right deadlines.
- Willing to travel for store visits and audits.
