Bowling Manager

**Job Title**: Centre Manager (Bowling, Snooker & Café)

We are looking for an experienced **Centre Manager** to oversee the daily operations of **Wangsa Bowl Centre**, including **Bowling, Snooker, and Café divisions**. The role requires strong leadership, operational knowledge, and the ability to ensure smooth, standardized, and profitable operations.

**Key Responsibilities: Operational Management**
- Oversee overall daily operations to ensure efficient and smooth functioning across all sections.
- Implement and coordinate company operational policies and SOPs.
- Supervise Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and staff to achieve performance goals.
- Plan and execute strategies to meet business targets and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department on credit purchases, petty cash, and daily sales reports.
- Monitor café operations, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and service standards are met.

**Marketing & Promotions**
- Propose and manage advertising, marketing, and promotional activities within budget.
- Coordinate tournaments, events, and loyalty programs to attract customers.
- Work closely with the Marketing Department on promotional campaigns and sponsorships.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to plan effective marketing strategies.

**Human Resource Management**
- Plan staff schedules and manpower to optimize operations.
- Lead, motivate, and train staff for continuous improvement and productivity.
- Oversee staff welfare, accommodation, and performance evaluation.
- Liaise with the HR Department on staffing, attendance, and disciplinary matters.

**Administrative & Financial Control**
- Ensure timely submission of sales reports, bank-ins, invoices, and petty cash records.
- Maintain accurate administrative documentation (vouchers, attendance, lane reports).
- Manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, and control operational costs.
- Analyze financial performance and ensure revenue targets are met.

**Facility & Equipment Maintenance**
- Ensure the centre is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Oversee maintenance work and liaise with the technician team for repairs.
- Monitor bowling machine conditions and ensure spending aligns with the maintenance budget.

**Customer Relations & Public Engagement**
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Build relationships with schools, government agencies, and the local community.
- Promote the centre through events and sponsorship collaborations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations or management (preferably in F&B or entertainment).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial and budgeting knowledge.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

**Shift 2 : 3.00PM - 11.30AM**
**Every week rotational Shift

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
