**Company Overview**
The company is a professional firm that provides corporate secretarial services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist clients in incorporating a company, advise clients on banking, allotment of shares, shareholding structure and law compliance matters.
- To assist the Company Secretary in preparing resolutions, minutes of meetings and statutory documents
- To assist in preparing statutory forms, annual return and all other forms in accordance with Companies Act 2016 for submission to SSM via MyCoid, MBRS and other SSM portals.
- To maintain and update secretarial records and registers
- Able to liaise with SSM officer, banker and lawyer whenever necessary
- Handle correspondences related to secretarial matters
- To undertake other administrative work as and when necessary
**Requirements**:
- Able to handle duties with minimum supervision
- Familiar with Companies Act in Malaysia is an advantage
- Required skills: Microsoft Word and Excel
- Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
