Maintain day to day operations and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property primarily on Electrical Study building plans and inspect structures to assess material and equipment needs, to establish the sequence of system functionary/ operations.

Coordinate special projects as directed by the Engineer/Supervisor.

Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.

To undertake other duties as may be directed by the superior from time to time.

**Salary**: RM300.00 per month
