**Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**
**Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid)**

**About the Role**

This role requires **at least 4 years of experience in product pricing** and a proven track record in financial leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive profitability, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting overall business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement **product pricing strategies**, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing models.
- Conduct **financial mapping and planning** to align business objectives with sustainable growth.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with **Sharia law**, incorporating Islamic finance principles in business operations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive business strategies, cost optimization, and risk management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to adjust financial strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements.
- Lead financial teams, providing guidance on best practices and strategic financial planning.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 4 years of experience in product pricing**, financial strategy, or related roles.
- Experience in **financial planning, pricing models, and business mapping**.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a **hybrid environment** in Kuala Lumpur.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM17,000.00 per month
