**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Operations Department on operational activities of 15 and more branches all over Malaysia.
- Communicate with each branch supervisor on daily/weekly basis for smooth operations.
- Travel to branches for physical inspection.
- Conduct an inspection to ensure the operation flow meet the company’s SOP.
- Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for all branch staff.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all the area of the branch
- Receive and process stock order.
- Analise the need of stock ordering according to lead time order and on hand balance for each branch.
- Ensuring stock receive by branches.
- Monitor branch supervisor for the recording, checking and daily updating stock balance on google drive.
- Reconcile sales amount of daily sales recorded and bank in amount tally.
- Monitor CCTV on branch activities on daily basis and report on irregularity.
- Assist in conducting basic induction program for new branch personnel.
- Assist in organizing and implementing
- To assist in coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities or achieve goals.
- Assist business development team on opening new branch.
- Update work in progress daily and weekly basis to HOD.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as per assigned by superior from time to time.
