Overview:
Leet Entertainment Sdn. Bhd. is a technology company specializing in esports and gaming solutions. We are seeking a motivated, self-driven, and hardworking individual to join our legal and compliance team. This role involves collaborating with business development teams to support our international expansion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft and review agreements, contracts, and other transactional legal documents/agreements.
- Identify potential risks and liabilities in contracts, propose and negotiate amendments to mitigate risks while securing maximum benefit in conformity with the business requirements.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities on legal and compliance matters.
- Assist Audit and Finance teams during annual and quarterly audits.
- Draft and review Company policies assigned to you from time to time.
- Proactively assist and co-lead projects with the Business Unit, if required.
- Carry out research on specific areas of law, compliance, and business assigned to you from time to time.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and other duties as assigned by Management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Comprehensive understanding of contract and business laws.
- Excellent analytical capability, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Skilled in effective communication and cultivating collaborative partnerships with management, peers, and customers.
- Good interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Practical problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
