Brief Job Description (JD)

The Associate Trainer is a part-time, contract role responsible for delivering specialized training courses to professionals and corporate teams. This role requires exceptional presentation skills, deep subject matter expertise, and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, applicable knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Training: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions (in-person and/or virtual) based on established curriculum in Malaysia.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge in your specialized training domains.

  • Participant Support: Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and provide constructive feedback to participants.

  • Course Customization (Optional): Collaborate with our team to occasionally tailor content to specific client needs.

  • Required Experience (Must have expertise in one or more of the following):

We are specifically seeking practitioners with demonstrable training or corporate experience in the following areas:

  • Sustainability (e.g., ESG, Sustainable Business Strategy)
  • Generative AI (Gen AI)
  • Agentic AI
  • Prompt Engineering
  • Agile (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, scaled frameworks)
  • Digital Leadership (e.g., leading remote teams, digital transformation, innovation culture)

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5+ years of practical industry experience in one of the required domains.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful corporate training or educational sessions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to inspire and engage a diverse audience of professionals.
