We are now accepting applications for our Internship for 2026 Q1 (January - February) intake. Join us to gain invaluable work experience and insights into our dynamic team. See below for available positions and requirements. It was paid Internship with allowance Provided

1.Human Resources Intern:

  • Assist with HR day-to-day operations.
  • Update, maintain and check the employee records (eg: Personnel file)
  • Support payroll and claims processing activities.
  • Participate in organizing company events and activities.
  • Help coordinate company training provided by HR.
  • Undertake any ad hoc tasks as required.

2.Market Insights Intern:

  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor and customer preferences.
  • Collect and monitor competitor activities and prepare weekly and monthly analysis reports.
  • Assist in planning and executing qualitative and quantitative research projects (e.g., surveys, interviews).
  • Support consumer segmentation efforts and profile development to identify core target audiences.
  • Monitor the mobile phone industry landscape and identify emerging market opportunities.

3.Digital Marketing Intern:

  • Assist in managing the digital content calendar for OPPO and other brands, ensuring all content goes live accurately and punctually.
  • Conduct research and analyze TikTok trends to identify new content opportunities and stay up to date on best practices.
  • Assist in content development and management of the TikTok account.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or any relevant field.
  • Strong communication, writing and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both oral and written is required. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
  • Location: 1 Powerhouse, Bandar Utama (Near MRT Bandar Utama)
