Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately and securely.
  • Maintain records of transactions and prepare daily sales reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Restock merchandise and ensure the store is clean and organized.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Report and document any incidents, damages, or issues affecting operations.
  • Assist with training new staff and ensuring adherence to station policies.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in cashiering, preferably in retail or service industries.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
