Role Overview

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive supports daily marketing operations, coordinates creative production with vendors, and assists in executing digital marketing activities (including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns) to strengthen the company's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, email marketing).
  • Coordinate with outsourced designers, videographers, and creative vendors to develop visuals and materials.
  • Manage and update website and social media channels, ensuring consistency with corporate branding.
  • Support marketing events, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to align content and lead-generation activities.
  • Prepare monthly marketing activity reports and campaign summaries.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing support.
  • Familiar with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, and Canva.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organization skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a technology-driven environment.
  • Able to speak and write fluently in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
