About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Universal Edu Centre Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing our marketing strategies to promote our educational services and reach new audiences.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
  2. Creating engaging content such as website copy, social media posts, and marketing collateral to promote our educational services
  3. Managing and optimising our social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement
  4. Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
  5. Collaborating with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
  6. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the education or service industry
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content in Chinese/ English
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management, email marketing, and Google Analytics
  5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions
  6. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies
  7. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  8. Able to start work immediately
