Job Title: Import & Export Executive/ Senior Executive

Salary Range: RM3,500 – RM6,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a Executive/ Senior Executive (Import & Export Clearance) to manage and oversee end-to-end customs clearance processes. This role ensures timely and compliant import/export operations for our  business in Malaysia and other regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and handle import & export documentation, including permits, declarations, and licenses
  • Liaise with Customs, Port Authorities, MITI, forwarding agents, and relevant government agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian customs laws, HS codes, and trade regulations
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve clearance-related issues to avoid delays.
  • Maintain proper records and filing of shipping documents and approvals.
  • Support internal departments (procurement, finance, operations) on trade compliance.
  • Supervise and guide junior staff (for Supervisor level).

Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years' experience (Executive) / 

3–5 years' experience (Senior Executive) in import & export operations.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Customs procedures and international trade regulations.
- Hands-on experience liaising with forwarding agents and government authorities.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
