Position Overview

We're looking for a dedicated and hands-on Project Manager to join our interior design team. In this role, you'll oversee interior renovation and fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail reflects our design vision. You'll work closely with designers, contractors, and suppliers to make sure all works are completed according to plans, timelines, and quality standards — turning design ideas into beautifully finished spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day renovation site activities.
  • ⁠Coordinate closely withcontractors and sub-contractorsto resolve on-site issues and technical challenges.
  • ⁠Conduct site inspections, monitor quality checks and ensure all defects and maintenance works are rectified before handover.
  • ⁠Manage and ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and company standards.
  • ⁠Attend site and project meetings; prepare progress reports to update management.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper site management at all times.
  • ⁠Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion andsmooth handover.

Job Requirements

  • ⁠Minimum 3-5 years of experience ininterior renovation site supervision.
  • ⁠Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • ⁠Good knowledge of construction drawings and site procedures.
  • ⁠Strong coordination and communication skills with contractors and team members.
  • ⁠Able to work undertight deadlinesand multi-taskon multiple sites.
  • ⁠Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites when required.
  • Responsible, hands on and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
