Company Overview

3 Face Sdn Bhd provide specific Development Management and Project Management services on major building projects to its clients within Malaysia and overseas. We brings to the clients an international expertise that is infused together with significant local experience, and provides the most capable project delivery system. We are currently expanding and seeking experienced candidates to join our team as a Senior Project Manager role. This is an Immediate Vacancy and qualified candidate are encouraged to apply. Successful candidate may commence employment immediately.

About the Role:-

We are looking for a Manager who are capable to manage and administer the development of project including the overall coordination and management of the key and minor consultant designers i.e Architect, C&S Engineer, M&E Engineer, Quantity Surveyor and also contractors.

Responsibilities:-

  1. Manage the planning and construction of medium and large size building projects.
  2. Design management of Consultants and Superintending Officer role under building contracts.
  3. Proven ability to chair meetings with Client, Consultants, Contractors and document outcomes.
  4. Managing of design teams and design process.
  5. Managing the tender process for supply & construction contracts and implementation of those contracts.
  6. Implementing the company procedures and policies.
  7. Project programming and monitoring physical progress & action program.
  8. Create working relationships and managing staff.

Requirements:-

  1. Relevant Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture & Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  2. Has a thorough knowledge in developing project programs and experience in successfully completing projects in accordance with the program.
  3. An excellent command of spoken and written English language
  4. Experience in construction industry and building project is highly preferable.
  5. A team player, able to communicate & coordinate effectively
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Project, Office and other relevant software.
