Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuantan for the position of Takaful Consultant. Responsibilities include providing personalized takaful planning and financial advisory services to clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending suitable takaful solutions. The role also involves achieving sales targets, participating in marketing activities, and staying informed about industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build solid client relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales abilities
  • Ability to understand financial planning and provide tailored takaful solutions
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the local community is an advantage
  • Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent
