About the role

IMAN GROUP Kuantan is seeking a talented and driven Takaful Consultant to join our thriving team. As a Takaful Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting Takaful products and services to our diverse client base. This full-time, office-based role is located in Kuantan, Pahang.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide financial consultation and Takaful protection planning to clients
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable Takaful solutions
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to improve product and sales knowledge
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
