  • Stay updated with creative trends and ad design best practices to continuously enhance design quality and campaign performance.
  • Proficient in Photoshop and Canva, with the ability to handle design production independently from concept to final output.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Experience with short-form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design marketing creatives for social media ads, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to transform campaign ideas into impactful visuals that drive performance.
  • Create and adapt designs across multiple formats — static, carousel, story, reels, and more — for Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms.
  • Perform basic video editing tasks such as trimming, adding captions, and creating short motion graphics or GIFs for ads.
  • Ensure all visuals are brand-consistent, high-quality, and optimized for engagement and conversion.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and A/B testing design approaches.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for landing pages.
  • Basic understanding of social media ad formats and best practices.
