JOB PURPOSE

Facilitate the administration of global mobility services in compliance with the company's policies, procedures, government regulations, and international legislative requirements. This includes coordinating the management of internal stakeholders, external vendors, government agencies, and service providers to ensure consistent, value-added, and compliant delivery of mobility services that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of global assignments.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Facilitate the day-to-day administration of global mobility services, including international assignments, relocations, immigration matters, and related employee benefits. Ensure all processes comply with company policies, global mobility procedures, government regulations, and international legislative requirements.
  • Coordinate the administration of global mobility benefits such as relocation allowances, housing, schooling, travel arrangements, and insurance coverage for international assignees and their families. Manage assignment enrollments, changes, extensions, and repatriations to ensure accuracy and timely processing in line with company guidelines.
  • Facilitate the processing of vendor invoices and administration fees related to relocation, immigration, tax, and other mobility services. Collaborate closely with the Finance Division to ensure accuracy, timely payment, and compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
  • Oversee the operational delivery of mobility-related services, including work permits, employment passes, destination services, shipment of household goods, and accommodation arrangements. Ensure these are managed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Manage the performance of mobility vendors and government-related partners, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and delivering consistent, value-added performance to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Conduct periodic audits and analyses of mobility costs, vendor performance, and program utilization. Track expenses against approved budgets to ensure cost optimization and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international mobility regulations, tax, immigration, and employment laws, ensuring all mobility activities are compliant with company policies, government requirements, and global best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in global mobility, expatriate management, or HR operations in a multinational environment.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
  • Ideal for candidates who are keen on a 12-month contract position.
