Global Mobility Manager (Hybrid | Full-Time)

You'll be part of a dynamic, cross-border team driving expansion across Asia and global markets — crafting winning strategies, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships that make an impact.


What You'll Do

Develop and execute global business development strategies to expand our reach.

Identify and convert new market opportunities and partnerships.

Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

Create and analyze business plans to support growth initiatives.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to global clients.

Manage performance metrics and drive consistent revenue results.

What We're Looking For

Strong sales mindset with sharp analytical and business planning skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Experience in customer service and relationship management.

Self-driven and disciplined; able to work independently and remotely.

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) — mandatory.

Knowledge of global HR deployment is a plus.

Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Preferably based in China or Malaysia.
